[Possibly, he shouldn't be surprised by her not knowing what ice cream is, given everything else he's learned about where she's from. Maybe they'd just hadn't invented or imported it yet. Although there did seem to be some of it about here and there so it is a bit surprising she hasn't run into it since after arriving here.
He has to give it a bit of thought on how best to explain it to her.]
It's-- well, it's dairy. Like milk, or more specifically cream. But it's in a cold, semisolid state that melts when you eat it. It's very sweet! I believe I've passed a few shops since I arrived.
[They most definitely haven't invented it yet where she's from... mainly because dairy products still weren't quite a thing yet. But he's actually right- she has encountered it since arriving here, passing by a shop here and there...
She just so happens to be the tiniest bit illiterate, and only knows that food as-]
The one people lick? In the weird cracker holders?
Yes! That would be the one. You've never tried it? It can be eaten without the cone as well-- That would be the "cracker part." Sometimes it's eaten from a bowl with a spoon.
[Or directly from the carton. Not that Aziraphale has ever done that or anything. Probably. Maybe.]
I believe it's only a matter of preference, really. You should try both methods at some point, I think. The advantage to eating it in a bowl however is that you can add other food to go with it. Such as peaches, you see. Chocolate is probably the most common additive.

I’ll try it next time I see it, then! Ice cream with cones! Or... is in a bowl better?
[Don’t tell the girl with two stomachs that there’s a carton option.]

He's blowing her mind over her, just so very casually, and now she has even more things to try...
So Konoha nods definitively, giving a last little smile.]
Then... I'll tell you what I think once I try it?

Then I would be delighted to hear your opinion. If you'd like, I'll join you at another time and we could go together.

[Was that funny? It seems funny to her for some reason, and Konoha can't help but laugh as she turns to trot home, raising a hand in a last wave.]
I'll tell you on the network thing, Mister Aziraphale!
[And in a little while... I hope his inbox is ready for ice cream.]
