Not that it's a secret. There is a note attached. He just thought the surprise of it all seemed quite charming? So why not.

There's a soft package wrapped in paper decorated with christmas trees or whatever the Firialia equivalent is, and a little card with a reindeer on it attached (there was no jinba cards, rude). It simply says "Konoha" with "Mikuni" underneath it.
